Each month the apartment went up $ 20,000 and after a year my broker found a buyer. He purchased the apartment for $ 790,000 and my net profit was $ 204,000 in 12 months.
I had a limited budget of $ 200,000. Initially I warned that I wanted to resell the unit so that I would not have to pay the full price of the apartments.
We worked with my broker Saba to select a studio in the Peninsula project off-plan for $ 190,000. I paid 44% of the installment, that is $ 83,900. Saba found a buyer within 6 months. The studio was resold for $ 245,000, a net profit of $ 55,000.
