Muraba Residences is a residential complex in Dubai developed by Muraba Properties and located on the eastern crescent of Palma Jumeirah Island. This complex includes 46 apartments and 4 penthouses, each offering panoramic views of Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa. These apartments have balconies from which residents can admire the sunset and sunrise. The apartment interiors include floor-to-ceiling windows that let in light and air inside the building and provide panoramic views of Dubai's skyline. Most of the building fully meets the privacy requirements of each resident.All units include spacious fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and panoramic windows overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the skyline of modern Dubai.
The developer Muraba Properties was founded in 2014. Its only project is Muraba Residences on the famous Palm Jumeirah artificial island. Muraba Properties is headed by its founder Ebrahim Al Ghurair, the former manager of Al-Ghurair Properties. The residential complex is designed by architectural consultants Rice Perry Ellis and RCR Arquitectes. The latter is the winner of the 2017 Pritzker Prize.

The complex is located on the eastern crescent of the luxurious and world-famous island of Palma Jumeirah. To the east of the project are two towering landmarks - Burj al Arab and Burj Khalifa. To the west is Palm Atlantis.
